Copyright and DMCA Policy

AzigiHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this website to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

AzigiHub is a platform for user-uploaded videos. We do not produce, direct, or upload the videos published by our users. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on AzigiHub without authorization, send a written notice to support@azigihub.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". This email address is our designated contact for copyright notices.

What your notice must include

• Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If one notice covers several works, include a representative list.
• The exact URL(s) of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, https://azigihub.com/play/123/example).
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury.
• Any other information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Send complete notices to support@azigihub.com. We aim to review complete notices within 1–3 business days. Removing content from AzigiHub does not remove it from other websites, and we cannot remove material hosted elsewhere.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material.

Reporting non-copyright content

For content that is illegal, non-consensual, private, or otherwise objectionable, use our Content Removal Request form. Do not use the DMCA process for content that is not yours.

No fees

AzigiHub does not charge a fee to review or process a valid removal request. Never pay a third party who claims it can remove content from AzigiHub on your behalf.
